“PANDA Strikes Back”

Because SMB:GAH #4 was so much fun to create, Pearce was eager to return to the 1980s incarnation of Sgt Mike Battle and deliver another exciting adventure of BATTLE FORCE.

This time PANDA have returned, have set up a base in the China Seas and the Pentagon believes they are developing weapons of mass destruction.

Fans were delighted to finally meet characters who were mentioned in #4 but never seen, such as Grey Wolf, The White Shadow and the Badass Bandits.

This issue was equally well received amongst fans looking to relive the ACTION FORCE comics on the 1980s and readers who enjoyed the political satire.
